The service is always done on time and is always right the first time. Ray is a wonderful, knowledgeable technician. I wish that the service department would go back to the old hours. Not opening up until 8:00 am is causing some issues. Don't like using the key drop as I would prefer to speak to someone. Hopefully management will look at this issue and return to the old hours.
