Always great when I deal with Rony!!! I have been dealing with this dealership the last 20 plus years and have seen many changes thru the years...some good...some not so good...the service I have been dealing with this dealership the last 20 plus years and have seen many changes thru the years...some good...some not so good...the service I got was up and down...there are only certain people that I will deal with that keep me coming back because they will go above and beyond for me and will actually listen to my concerns...as I have purchased 5 vehicles with them over these years....Rony is my sales guy and I will stick with him as long as he is in the business...there are also a few more that I would love to mention there names if I remembered...Kim that works in oil changes...a couple of the service advisors...Tom that does the shuttle...these people have been there for years and their service has been greatly appreciated!!! Greta experience! I decided that it was time to get a new car so I researched various makes and models. I decided on a Jeep and visited various Chrysler dealers. When I arrived at Motor City Chrysler I was met by Jarrod Funkenhauser. I found him to be pleasant and welcoming as I do not like visiting car dealerships --for the most part. Told Jarrod what I was looking for and he immediately said that he understood what I wanted and can he show me a few options. A little while later I was signing documents purchasing a new vehicle. The financing department was also great to work with--easy and fast. The whole experience was pleasant, thorough, and fast. Di not feel any pressure whatsoever and that's probably the reason why I purchased from Motor City Chrysler. Jarrod Funkenhauser , the salesperson was super to work with. He did not pressure and related to my car needs. Would I recommend Motor City and Jarrod--I already have and yes will continue to recommend them. In all, a great experience. More
