Lack of communication, slow service Waited 40 minutes last month just to drop off my vehicle for service, that's not including the time frame for the inspection. Then it goes back in on Friday for the repair, we show up at 4pm to pick up my vehicle to find out it is not ready, the door is off and they had to order a part and this would not be in until Monday. NO ONE called to let us know, just wasted our time making a trip there. Then I get 2 calls Monday before 12 to say my vehicle is ready and we need the loaner back....not good as some people do have jobs and cannot just walk out of their work because you want it now. NOT happy at all with the level of customer service we got from Motor City. More

3 hr wait for tires!!!!! Usually I get quick service but was not impressed last week when it took 3 HOURS to have the new tires put on I bought from here. I had an appt for 830am, no one helped us till 9am and my car didnt even go on the hoist till 10:17 am!!!! . I was given over n above service from Jeff Roddy in the parts dept again tho. He offered us coffee, talked with us, tried to keep us calm, kept checking on my car and helped with merchandise. If it weren't for him, I would NOT be returning. Your girls at the front desk where I pd were not friendly this time either and usually they are! More

We're a Jeep family and were finally ready to trade in our 2008 Diesel Grand Cherokee. We'd grown accustomed to the quality and dependability of this vehicle and were hard-pressed to find anything better. That's when Craig Lanou, who had previously worked to secure a Jeep Grand Cherokee for our family, stepped in. We were offered a 'can't turn it down' price for our trade in that enhanced the deal for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Jack walked us through the head-turning options of a new vehicle. We'd had an Overland and wanted a new one, but with a couple extra features. Our well-maintained Jeeps last us a long time! Husband, wife and each of two sons all rely on a Jeep in our Canadian climate. Jack heard us and then suggested there might be another option. If we went with a Summit, instead of an Overland, the features we wanted were standard. A couple more adjustments and the price of the Summit was so near the Overland price that it was easy to make our decision. We couldn't be more pleased! The customer service, care and support at Motor City Chrysler is as exceptional as our 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. Jack continued to keep us updated as our Jeep was in transition, and Ruby tied up all the loose ends of finalizing the details of our delivery. Jack even assured that I had a comprehensive lesson of some new features and felt completely comfortable before I left the dealership, being sure to make himself available for any follow up necessary.
