Lack of communication I was not impressed with the lack of communication amongst staff. I went there to a possible purchase of a demo to be told it was already sold. Yes th I was not impressed with the lack of communication amongst staff. I went there to a possible purchase of a demo to be told it was already sold. Yes they were good & found me a new one for same price BUT once I got it & drove it home I had issues of it not starting. Having it only 12 hrs I had to get it towed back to dealership & drive a loaner for 5 days due to a long weekend & them not able to look at it right away. I was left hanging not knowing what was wrong with it. Turned out to be a wiring issue that drained my battery. I think vehicles should be looked over & tested before a sale is to be made. Things like this could be prevented. More

They always treat me extremely well and I always seem to get the exact vehicle I am looking for and for the price I am willing to pay. I sent my sister to him/them to buy her minivan and my boyfriend bought a Dodge Ram pickup truck last year as well from him/them. I love that I can call or stop in anytime when I am having a problem and it is taken care of right away. They are the best in my opinion for customer service and I look forward to dealing with him/them for many years to come. More
