Heather Mazzotta was very thorough, finding us the perfect car to fit our needs and Bill Matchette sold us on the extended warranty and a few other protective services, which was a feat in itself as I usually don't buy the extras but he was very logical and convincing. Great Experience When I was looking for a Car, Heather Mazzotta and Tim Kereliuk gathered all the information in regards to the vehicle I wanted and made it happen. The Service was easy going (not pushy), and they made me feel comfortable with my Car Purchase by walking me through the process, made it a point to find me what I was looking for and getting it to me as soon as possible. When the car came Heather called and sat me in the car and explained in detail on how to use the Navigation Screen settings and other aspects of the vehicle - like where the gas cap release is, setting up personal driver settings, etc. She made sure everything was in order. When all was said and done, I had the car I wanted, with everything I wanted and the better deal compared to other dealers. I would recommend Heather and Tim to everyone that is looking for a vehicle because quality of service, getting what one wants and not feeling pressured is paramount. I thank them for this. More

I had a problem with the radio in the van, i had purchased only 5 days before and had not purchased the ex-warranty and it was not covered under the 30 day safety warranty,it could have cost me A LOT Enter Tim,Kevin,Dale and Carlyn(who told me call Tim) Tim called me said he had found an identical radio for me and would install it that day,,in fact it took them 15 min and i was on my way No charge!!
