have not decided yet whether I would recommend this service I just wanted an oil change, they talked my husband into some sort of promotion, they said my appointment was at 1:00 and it was not done until 3:30, I just wanted an oil change, they talked my husband into some sort of promotion, they said my appointment was at 1:00 and it was not done until 3:30, they did not let me know that I was to be put on a list when we called or when I got there. I even said that it should be done at 2:00 since I was told it would only be an hour. I was told that they were still on lunch for a few more minutes. I arrived back at 2:45 and was advised that it still wasn't done. What if I had another appointment to go to, how would I have gotten there? They acted like I should have known that. The last time I was there for an oil change and had dealt with Ryan and he was very helpful, he was the reason I did come back. More

problem solved after 2nd visit the 1st visit they said they could not find oil leak. Since there was oil on our garage floor we went back. They found leak on 2nd visit, fixed it an the 1st visit they said they could not find oil leak. Since there was oil on our garage floor we went back. They found leak on 2nd visit, fixed it and apologized for not finding it on 1st visit. Would have rated higher if they found it on 1sr visit. We stopped going there for oil changes when it took 1 1/2-2 hours for a change we may start going back if oil changes can be done in a reasonable amount of time. Here it is, only 3 days later (Monday) and our new car is in our driveway and we couldn't be more pleased. All 5 categories used in this rating are well deserving of the maximum 5 star rating. The Service was easy going (not pushy), and they made me feel comfortable with my Car Purchase by walking me through the process, made it a point to find me what I was looking for and getting it to me as soon as possible. When the car came Heather called and sat me in the car and explained in detail on how to use the Navigation Screen settings and other aspects of the vehicle - like where the gas cap release is, setting up personal driver settings, etc. She made sure everything was in order. When all was said and done, I had the car I wanted, with everything I wanted and the better deal compared to other dealers. I would recommend Heather and Tim to everyone that is looking for a vehicle because quality of service, getting what one wants and not feeling pressured is paramount. I thank them for this. More
