unsatisfied customer I purchased a Dodge Caliber 2007 model little over a month ago during the test drive there was a door chime going off as all doors were closed I broug I purchased a Dodge Caliber 2007 model little over a month ago during the test drive there was a door chime going off as all doors were closed I brought this to the attention of the sales rep which I was assured it would be fixed upon receiving the vehicle I receive the vehicle and unfortunately it was not fixed and had to return to the service department I dropped my vehicle off and was giving a loner a loaner vehicle this vehicle was Chrysler 200 it was very dirty inside and did not have enough gas for me to get back to Leamington I received a call that my car was ready about a week later went to pick it up got back home and unfortunately the door chime was still going off so i had to return for a second time again received the loaner which was also dirty inside with minimal gas. again I return to pick up my vehicle and this time as I got into the vehicle and turned it on for the first time the door chime was still going off and had to pull up to the garage while I haven't even left the parking lot just to hop back in the loaner again so its been 3 times that I've had my vehicle in there for the same problem and it's been very inconvenient thing for me to have to drive from Leamington to Windsor and to use my gas money to do so and time out of my day to get there to find out it hasn't been fixed properly so as a first time customer I have to rate your service poorly as you can expect from this experience. More
Great Service I continue to deal with Motor City Chrysler because of the great service I have always received. Years ago I dealt with Bob Demers (now retired) and h I continue to deal with Motor City Chrysler because of the great service I have always received. Years ago I dealt with Bob Demers (now retired) and he treated me so well. Before his retirement he pout with Bobby Stewart who has continued the great service and support. I always ask for Ray Dixon as my technician as he knows my vehicles and I trust him completely. You simply cant go wrong with the service and sales. Kathleen Buchner has always been great when it comes to sales. Can't say enough good things. Thanks to all involved. More

Told me what vehicles they had and found me a sporty Dodge Journey. Some ppl wont give me the time of day cause I'm young and they think I dont have the money to afford a new car but Motorcity had all the time in the world for me. Good service Got to Motor City mid afternoon on 28th for an oil change. I got lucky, there was no one ahead of me. My car was taken in for service right away. polite friendly service it took a long time for the replacement part to come in...the part needed to be replaced due to recall.
