I'm Happy everything was Fine, Bobby was great . The only suggestion is that you still need to have a look at improvements to the shuttle service with regard to everything was Fine, Bobby was great . The only suggestion is that you still need to have a look at improvements to the shuttle service with regard to tracking the customer needing a shuttle ride and their pickup later. For example: When I booked my service I was asked did I need a shuttle ride to work ? That's a good thing. So i gave her all the info, yes I needed a ride to the university and a pickup at 5pm at Harvey's at wyandotte and Rankin. - When I arrived this shuttle info was not carried forward and Bobby had to ask again if I needed a ride and again I told him yes and a pickup at 5pm and where. He explained I needed to tell the shuttle driver agin with regard to the pickup info ! Now Tom was there right on time as requested. Excellent ! It just seems excessive to go through this so many times for the customer. The initial info should have gone with the order somehow ?? The other suggestion is that the shuttle service is supposed to be done at 5PM as well as the cashier in service ! I work till 6pm and had to leave work an hour early as well. But how many of your customers work till 5 PM ? Do all of your customers have to get off their jobs a half hour early for a shuttle pickup? I thought there was like Thursday the shuttle pickup ran a bit later ? More

Because of the zero-percent financing for 60 months, we decided to finance though the dealership. This process was painless as much you can expect it could be. When we picked up the car Wayne spent almost 30 minutes with the car explaining the key features. We are very pleased with the Cherokee Trailhawk and Motor City Chrysler. More

Losing faith in Chrysler products. In the spring, we brought our vehicle in because of intermittent electrical issues. We paid for electrical diagnostics. The TIPM was suggested to be r In the spring, we brought our vehicle in because of intermittent electrical issues. We paid for electrical diagnostics. The TIPM was suggested to be replaced, which is not a cheap repair. We got it done and paid quite a bit for the repair. But now it is autumn and the weather has gotten wet and rainy/snowy again, and the exact same intermittent electrical problems are occurring, leaving us stranded occasionally and unexpectedly. I admit I was feeling like we were ripped off back in March, but now I'm starting to feel like my Jeep is just a lemon. The service manager has left me an open door to bring in the vehicle next time it is displaying odd electrical behaviour. I wish the Chrysler Corporation would step in and replace/repair my Jeep, considering even their most competent technicians can't seem to pinpoint the problem, mostly due to the intermittent nature of the unusual electrical problems. Because now I feel like this is a manufacturing fault. More
