But here Karen and her associates, offered different options but when we responded with what we needed, they actually went WAY over and above to find us the next model up and for the price point that we gave them to work with. It is very important for us to feel that we are heard and I feel that the entire staff did an exceptional job of doing that and exceeding our needs.
