Terrible Customer Satisfaction The Tech Line Adviser, the Lead Hand and the DSM that verified that my reported issue was resolved 100%. You yourself verified the noises when I aske The Tech Line Adviser, the Lead Hand and the DSM that verified that my reported issue was resolved 100%. You yourself verified the noises when I asked you to sit in the vehicle with me upon pick up after service was performed. Let’s keep in mind that the vehicle had already been run and was at operating temperature at that time. Upon starting the vehicle in a “cold start” condition as I had stated on the request/concern for service, it is very apparent that whatever the items the technician serviced as a “fix” for the issues did not resolve the concern. I have made an audio recording documenting the concern which will be added to my file for my FCA Canada report. It is clear that the vehicles reported issues were not observed in a “cold start” condition as I had requested as there is no way possible anyone who observes these noises can say they are normal operations. I had another mechanic observe the conditions I am experiencing and from his opinion the noise is coming from the top end of the motor.You had assured me that my entire engine was being replaced under warranty and when I asked if my engine was going to be rebuilt with existing parts on a new block assembly you said absolutely not and that I was getting a complete new “crate” motor that was “plug and play”. After reviewing Invoice SO# 701326 it is very clear that I was mislead in the work that was performed as is evident with the parts list of components stated on the Service Invoice. At this point I am a very unsatisfied customer with the way this “lemon” is being handled. Any reputable place would have taken the vehicle back as it was brand new when these issues were discovered and simply got me into another Chrysler vehicle as I originally requested. It is very hard for me to give Motor City good reviews when I am experiencing these issues and the manner in which they are being handled. I can only state that the sales staff ( Kathleen B. and Jeff P. ) have always been great to deal with on all three of my last new vehicle purchases from Pinnacle/Motor City. My service advisor ( Carlyn B. ) has also been very friendly and understanding. More

easy, fast and informative Justin made time for me in a matter of minutes to come in and talk with him about purchasing my new jeep, trim options and other custom accessories th Justin made time for me in a matter of minutes to come in and talk with him about purchasing my new jeep, trim options and other custom accessories that were available within the price range i had set for him. He had me leave that same day with my 2016 wrangler ordered . He was very informative about information on the vehicle also with warranties and everything along those lines. At the end of the day , he was just as happy as i was to get me into a brand new car. Very highly recommend justin as long as everyone else at Motorcity Chrysler ! More

Excellent customer service and support Wayne helped me through the whole process of ordering the car and making sure I would receive all the options, decals and interior features I was look Wayne helped me through the whole process of ordering the car and making sure I would receive all the options, decals and interior features I was looking for and that is exactly what I received. Wayne knows and loves Challengers, so it was great to have a salesman who truly knows the car inside and out, able to answer any questions I could come up with. Prior to receiving the car my old car died on me, Wayne was able to get me a discount on a rental that helped me out of a serious issue.
