We had gone all over windsor for years looking for the right truck/salesman with never any luck! Finally we got reffered to Justin Lafromboise at Motorcity where we were guided in the right direction to getting a 2016 ram while actually building a bond with Mr.Lafromboise because he was so incredbile not only as a salesman but as an over-all person! Needless to say my father but his 2016 outdoorsman there and had a great time doing so! Would recomend this dealership and salesman to ANYONE that wants good quality and vast knowledge!! She was very helpful and worked with us and the other staff members to get us the deal that we felt was fair. We had a two-year old van to trade in and she made sure that we received the best deal we could. We were also very pleased that she was able to find the colour that we wanted, even searching through other dealers' inventories. It was always a dream of ours to own a Town & Country van and we are very happy that we got one with all the wonderful "extras" ~ heated seats and steering wheel ~ how lovely on these cold mornings! Warranty Expired - What did I pay extra for? I was very upset to realize that my warranty RAN OUT at 3 years (in 2014) not at 60,0000 km's I would have liked to have my entire car gone over for I was very upset to realize that my warranty RAN OUT at 3 years (in 2014) not at 60,0000 km's I would have liked to have my entire car gone over for maintenance issues before it rant out. My car is a 2011 Avenger. I have less than 60,0000 km on it. It would be great if my service department would contact me to talk about my expiring warranty rather than trying to sell me a new car all the time. Also, I paid extra for a super warranty - claimed to be "bumper to bumper" for 7 years. Tri-Care is no longer offered as a product. My back window defrost has never worked well. I wanted it fixed before my warranty ran out...... Dealership charges for a diagnostic before they can contacdt Tri-Care to see if it's even covered......Neither warranty will cover the repair. So I must live with it or pay to have a new window installed. More
