He was knowledgeable about the model and worked in earnest to get us what we wanted. We appreciated the open book policy on the incentives offered. To take advantage of these we had to accept a color other than our first choice and we had an up and down time over a week whether any Summit could be available for purchase through any other dealership within a 500 mile radius of this dealership. A "bump in the road" (no pun intended) on the day of the pick-up (a screw found embedded in the back tire) was promptly looked after and we were on our way in a timely manner. We love our new ride! More
