Terrible experience with financing options and the salesman. We left the dealership because we told them we are not trying to haggle we just don’t want expensive payments and this doesn’t match our ne salesman. They called us back to offer more incentives and the cost was way over what we said would be our top budget. It was uncool to offer something yiu can’t even come close to especially once we had already left and said no. I’d be weary of someone who had tons of sales awards on the wall. It doesn’t mean that they are a good salesperson it means they will do whatever it takes to get the sale. There is a difference. We would never go back there they meet the definition of car salesman! He wasted our time and made us think this sale was possible when he knew it wasn’t. We were leaving to go to a different dealership and he called us back promising so much more than he could offer. At the end of the day I’m mad at myself for trusting this person as they were so misleading. More

I took my RAM truck to this dealership a couple of years ago. The truck had a grinding noise. They greased it instead of fixing the problem so I couldn’t hear the noise anymore. I went back few months later to explain that even though I had not come sooner the problem had worsened. They charged me 5K and later gave me a discount to 4K+ to change my back shaft. They installed a used one for me. After waiting for 4 weeks they finally fixed it. As soon as I drove off the lot, the car was making noises again. I mentioned to them and took it back. I paid for an inspection and they told me it was just my tires making noise. To this day I have not felt like spending more money to get this truck fixed, a lot has changed in my life and the service I had there I will never forget. It’s full of a bunch of people who look down on their customers and act like we don’t pay the same money. After this encounter, a chain of other problems just came down my life. These people took my money but provided the most horrible service ever More
