Noise check up I brought my 2016 Sorento in for a weird sound that crept up over the last few weeks in my back rear wheels. They were able to look at it the same day which I appreciated. It has just shy of 35000 km at this time. What annoyed me was that something so basic, just hoist it up and take a look cost me $90 plus tax. As a side note, my previous 2011 Sorento had the same problem which occurred at about the same mileage. No charge that time. I was quoted about $700 or so with taxes to replace the brake assembly's and pads (rear only). I booked an appointment but since then I have changed my mind. I have made alternate arrangements. More

Service Appointment Took my Sportage for service today, all went according to plan, I also needed the Inspection done, they found that one of my daytime running lights wa Took my Sportage for service today, all went according to plan, I also needed the Inspection done, they found that one of my daytime running lights was out, they investigated further and found that housing was getting too hot and that caused the light to fail. They could've easily replace the light and charge me for it but they warrantied the part and it didn't cost me anything to get fixed. That's the type of integrity I appreciate and that nowadays is not that current. Thanks guys! More
