Friendly helpful prompt service we went in on a Friday night at 5:55 not knowing the dealership closed at 6 ! We were welcomed by our salesman Chris Jones with a smile and even offer we went in on a Friday night at 5:55 not knowing the dealership closed at 6 ! We were welcomed by our salesman Chris Jones with a smile and even offered water and specialty coffees ..despite having strolled in at closing time !. My husband had been a Kia Rondo (2) buyer for the past 15 years, my husband wanted me to check out what Kia would have to offer... I was a Toyota owner for years. Chris welcomed us in french ( my husband is more comfortable) and really listened to what I wanted , which was important for me for this was MY car. Having retired from teaching a few years ago, I thought I wanted to keep one car for both my husband and I. Well after a few months of one car , no way . I need my independence, and my Kia Soul is perfect for me ! I'm so excited ! It has all the bells and whistles I really appreciate and Chris went to bat for me to get my payment and perks all set up ! Krysta LeBlanc was very helpful and thorough , explained all the options clearly and Chris continued with making sure I was comfortable with all the features of my Soul ! He even set out to find a huge red bow to take our photo, as it is close to Christmas ! A gift from me to me ! More
