They told me I was due for a particular oil change that would do al these amazing things f Well recently had my 2014 Civic in for its yearly check up. They told me I was due for a particular oil change that would do al these amazing things for my car and make it just like new. With this service you get an oil change, breaks serviced (they blow off any dust and rust) lubricate your hinges rotate your tires (btw I was having my winter tires taken off and summers put on) they inspect your tire rod ends, inspect suspension components and your driveshaft boots for the low low price of $199.88. Well isn't that great. I needed an oil change which normally costs what between 35 and 45 dollars. Changed my tires (for a low cost of $59.88) so they didn't have to do that extra service and better yet I needed my safety inspection done which cost another $35.00 but the best part is it covers almost everything that this SPECIAL oil change did. The to find out they had to do an alignment cause one tire was out which cost an additional $79.98. Well by the time it was all said and done it cost me over $430.00 for an oil change with safety inspection and changing over my tires. Once I sat down and realized that all these extra features that were needed for me to do to keep my warrenty good they basically double dipped. Then they proceeded to tell me that I need all my filters in my car replaced next visit for an additional cost and I didn't do much as get my car spit on to wash it. To top it all off when I showed up, the service employee said he couldn't get ahold of me on my cell to tell me I need 4 new tires. I told him I was sorry I was busy at work. He then responded with yeah aren't we all except I was busy trying to call customers that wouldn't answer their cell phones! Been lookin for a new car I guarantee it WON't be a Honda from Moncton Honda More

When you make a car purchase here, they treat you as if this is the last car you will ever buy and they wipe their hands clean of you. As for service...somewhere in Siberia there is a Russian Lada dealership with better customer skills. We bought a brand new Honda CRV 2014 at Moncton Honda for $40,000 give or take. Within a couple weeks we noticed a "grinding" sound on start up. Upon calling Moncton Honda and scheduling a service appointment, we were told that this is a "known issue" and a "fix" is in production. (VTC actuator) Fine...stuff happens. After two years, bad gas mileage and listening to this sound under the hood every time we turned the key, the new part was ready. Of course, we had to inquire monthly about when this fix would happen because organizational skills and customer service aren't their thing. This week we made an appointment to put the new part in. Apparently, Moncton Honda does not provide a replacement vehicle while your brand new vehicle is being serviced due to no fault of your own. Even if you bought a $40,000 already broken vehicle from them and even if you waited 2 years for the fix...even if your job requires you to have a vehicle at all times (hence why we bought a new, dependable vehicle). They offer you a shuttle or they will kindly tell you to go rent a car...because after all, if you buy vehicle here, it's not Moncton Honda's problem. It's yours. On the plus side, they have free popcorn. So what. Go anywhere else to buy or/and service your Honda. You got us this time Moncton Honda but you missed out on our next purchase! More
