If this were the last dealership on the planet, you might want to consider riding a donkey. Once you purchase a product from Moncton Honda, all bets are off. When you make a car purchase here, they treat you as if this is the last car you will ever buy and they wipe their hands clean of you. As for service...somewhere in Siberia there is a Russian Lada dealership with better customer skills.
We bought a brand new Honda CRV 2014 at Moncton Honda for $40,000 give or take. Within a couple weeks we noticed a "grinding" sound on start up. Upon calling Moncton Honda and scheduling a service appointment, we were told that this is a "known issue" and a "fix" is in production. (VTC actuator) Fine...stuff happens. After two years, bad gas mileage and listening to this sound under the hood every time we turned the key, the new part was ready. Of course, we had to inquire monthly about when this fix would happen because organizational skills and customer service aren't their thing.
This week we made an appointment to put the new part in. Apparently, Moncton Honda does not provide a replacement vehicle while your brand new vehicle is being serviced due to no fault of your own. Even if you bought a $40,000 already broken vehicle from them and even if you waited 2 years for the fix...even if your job requires you to have a vehicle at all times (hence why we bought a new, dependable vehicle). They offer you a shuttle or they will kindly tell you to go rent a car...because after all, if you buy vehicle here, it's not Moncton Honda's problem. It's yours.
On the plus side, they have free popcorn. So what.
Go anywhere else to buy or/and service your Honda. You got us this time Moncton Honda but you missed out on our next purchase!
