Literally fully service A service technician named KRUNAL helped me out a lot on my less than a year old VW. I hit a raccoon 1 day before my regular service so my bumper was A service technician named KRUNAL helped me out a lot on my less than a year old VW. I hit a raccoon 1 day before my regular service so my bumper was a bit twisted and out of place. After the routine service KRUNAL started repairing the out of place and slightly twisted bumper. The service manager came and told him that its not our job at the moment stop doing it (even though the scheduled service was done). KRUNAL, the hard worker her is, took the car to the VW parking lot, in the rain, and continued repairing the bumper and brought it back to 100%. I wish all dealerships had more KRUNALS because if they did, the world would be in a much better place. Every time i go in for service i will ask for him. More
-------------WARNING--------STAY AWAY FROM THAT DEALERSHIP-- I had a shuttle service pickup appointment at 830am. The shuttle showed up at 915 because its not VW's problem since its an extra service provided to I had a shuttle service pickup appointment at 830am. The shuttle showed up at 915 because its not VW's problem since its an extra service provided to the customer without claim or demand. Anyway, i called the service department and they said its not their problem over and over again because its an extra service. At this moment i was already 60 minutes behind schedule to make it to work which happens to be in toronto. That conversation was not making any progress so, I called back and the service manager picked up and said " the shuttle is on its way, should take about 15 minutes" and hung up. I think thats the rudest thing someone could every do, on top of that is was the service manager. The shuttle showed up an hour late, i got to the dealership and the service representative asked if everything was ok? pretending nothing was wrong. I asked for the service manager and she said he's in a meeting. What are the chances, lets just say it wasn't a coincidence. I plead my case to him and explained but he was not interested in what i had to say (i was not surprised). The service manager is the one to blame because he could have at least tried to do something instead of trying to get rid of me by any means possible. He had no sympathy either whatsoever and did not even try to work things out. The bottom line is i received a written warning at work, basically I'm fired the next time all because of their stupid shuttle service which is (by appointment ONLY). I think it was my fault to trust that dealership, i was trying to be nice by taking my car to them. I just thought i bought my car from there and it was better for the car building its history from the date of purchase. SALES PEOPLE HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS. SALES PEOPLE ARE SO GOOD THEY ATTRACT CUSTOMERS BUT THE SERVICE PEOPLE DETER CUSTOMERS AWAY. More

He was vey professional with his questions to me to educate himself and become more knowledgeable about what am looking for. From there he moved me to the next step , instead of confusing me with many options he narrow it so I could decide quickly and confidently, and decided the car I want to buy from the first visit. He extended this relief when he introduced me to Sufiyah Ma, the financial advisor, who presented the financial component in very simple and clear way, and making sure that my choice of Tiguan, is the right car that meets my financial capacity. Fantastic Service. Excellent customer attention! I've been driving Volkswagen since 1975 and I have visited quite a few dealer services. In my experience, people makes a dealer good or bad and at Mi I've been driving Volkswagen since 1975 and I have visited quite a few dealer services. In my experience, people makes a dealer good or bad and at Mississauga Volkswagen the service people make this dealer stand out. We have 3 Volkswagen in the family and last year I took one of them, Jetta TDI, for rust inspection. The lady I spoke with, Sherry, was not only extremely thorough but also very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me what was considered to be caused by material or paint defects. She also explain to me the time it would take for my claim to go through and if accepted, the time it would take to have my car repaired. After the repair was done, one could see that the job was impeccable and not only that, the interior looked like coming out of a car detailing shop. That's a touch of class. Sherry walked me from the beginning to the end of my claim. This year was the time for my Passat TDI Wagon and there was no doubt in my mind as where to do it. I submitted my claim on line to have my car inspected at Mississauga Volkswagen and sure thing, Sherry called my and even squeezed me on a busy Saturday, to have the car checked. My experience with this Service is flawless and I have to disagree with a bad review that I read. Volkswagen Canada should be proud of having a Service like Mississauga Volkswagen. Kudos and to Sherry, Thank you for been so dedicated to your job. That's what makes customers come back over and over. More
Service people are biggest Slackers! Worst Service. Service is the worst I have come across in my entire life. Take your money and buzz you off. No follow up or walk around even scratched my car. The girl said 'Read it, Its mentioned on the paper-work'. They dont care about customers time. More
