I have no idea why this dealer is rated so highly. Perhaps the new car division is good, at least the floor manager there seemed friendly and interested when I passed through. The sales person (Ilham) looked like he couldn't be bothered. Only answered direct questions about the car if I asked, had no input of his own otherwise. He literally just stood there, completely uninterested, while I looked at the cars. Then, in the brief discussion later about the price, wasn't interested in making a deal or giving any information about options, again just answered direct questions if asked. Wouldn't even let me test drive the car unless I first agreed on the sale price. All in all, not a good experience. Just a whole bunch of silence as the salesperson waited for me to say something. The only reason I'm even giving a 2-star rating is because there is an extra star for the floor manager of the new cars (sorry, can't remember his name), who at least looked like he gave a xxxx. The used car division alone was a 1-star experience. More
