Amazing experience with Mr. Francis! Over the Victoria Day long wk end, me and my wife decided to visit Mississauga Kia just to learn about used cars. We had no intention of purchasing a car on that same day. Since, I already read great reviews on sales representative Mr. Francis before visiting the dealership, I asked for Francis, He was busy but came multiple times to apologize for the wait. He showed us few used Kias and explained benefits vs other models. He answered all our questions. He made us such a great deal that we decided to purchase a Kia Rio then and there. When he found out that we took a cab to get to the dealership, he insisted to drop us home. We were very impressed of his hospitality. (At later date, when I went for the delivery, customer service associate, Ms. Karen, impressed me even more with her outgoing personality. A Great Experience My wife and I were considering the purchase of a SUV, had three or four in mind that we wanted to drive and compare, etc., and were 'shopping around' My wife and I were considering the purchase of a SUV, had three or four in mind that we wanted to drive and compare, etc., and were 'shopping around' and hoping to find one in our price-range that would have the power, 'bells & whistles' (if even as affordable options) that we would like. We test-drove two vehicles and then came to Mississauga KIA to test-drive our next possible choice(s). We were introduced to Francis and, frankly, were blown away with his professionalism, knowledge of the cars offered, care, easy manner and helpful introduction - to KIA in general and, specifically, to a couple of possible car-selections for us. In short, we got no further than this dealership - wonderfully so(!), and this sales-person. The care and introduction to the best car (and related care) for us was exemplary, and we are delighted with the Sorento that we have purchased. We felt like we were joining a family; one that cared (relationships are important to us and clearly to Francis and others at Mississauga KIA). All in all, a great experience! Buying a car made easy, friendly and fun We had slowly been researching and shopping for a car for some time, until a side swipe with a guardrail sped up our New Car plans. We had visited Westowne Mazda a few months beforehand and were almost sure we'd end up buying a Mazda 3, but we also wanted to check out the Hyundai Veloster and Elantra GT, and on a friends recommendation, ventured out to Mississauga Hyundai (from Toronto). It was quite busy at Hyundai, and they didn't have a great selection of Veloster's and Elantra GT's available. The sales associate was very nice, but he didn't want to make us stick around. We left a little disappointed with the experience. That's when we decided to stop by Mississauga Kia, on a whim. I've always liked the Forte, and thought we'd give it a shot. Once inside Braeden Kardash greeted us and let us take a look around. Asking for a test drive was super easy, no questions asked. We really enjoyed the Forte, but it wasn't as exciting as the Veloster nor the Elantra GT. Still, we got around to crunching the numbers with him, and things were looking good. We didn't LOVE the sedan though, and Braeden never tried to pressure us or try to convince us it was The One. It certainly wasn't as hot as that red Forte Koup that was in the showroom just behind us. Now, that red Forte Koup, That was a car we could love . . . SO, we ended up asking to have the numbers crunched on that, and he offered us an even better deal on it than the sedan. We went for it! We ended up coming in well UNDER our monthly payment budget, and now have the most eye catching car on the block. Braeden made the whole process fun and easy. We were able to take our time, and at no point did we ever feel any sort of pressure. We felt incredibly welcome, and the entire interaction with him felt like a conversation more than a negotiation. Jessica Reid took over for the financial side of things. This is supposed to be the scary part, and she was very engaging and funny. No pressure for the add-on's. We didn't get the extended warranty nor the rust proofing, and that was okay. I'd feel grateful to have Braeden and Jessica as friends, and that's saying a lot. We couldn't give a better endorsement, and we wholeheartedly recommend checking out Mississauga Kia for your next vehicle purchase. More
