I met with Ratna, a salesman, who graciously offered to test drive the Civic Si even though I showed no intentions of purchasing it. Fast forward a few days, I arrive with my parents and was approached by Ratna who remembered me. He was able to offer a great deal which was the best I have gotten throughout my searches and was also able to throw in a lot of freebies. As soon as we made the order, I noticed a scratch on the taillight of the car I was purchasing and brought this to the attention of the care salesman. He brought this to the attention of his superiors and they were able to replace the taillight in time for delivery. Overall, I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a nice Honda vehicle. The customer service was amazing and professional. The staff was also very accommodating and friendly. You will definitely not regret doing business with Mississauga Honda! More

He took me for a test drive in the Civic LX at my request, and whilst we were out the sales managers appraised my truck at a VERY fair trade in rate. Brian made the car buying experience pleasant; I'm proud to say I'm the new owner of a 2014 Civic EX, on Brian's recommendation. Brian was a true advisor. He made recommendations and informed me about the cars without seeming pushy at all. Even when I left the dealership to speak about the deal to my wife Brian was cordial, made an appointment for me to return, and was genuinely pleasant. I have told everyone I know to head to Mississauga Honda and to speak with Brian. I won't be buying another car for quite some time, but when I do, I know where I'm going and who I'm speaking to! My wife and I visited the dealership with the intent of comparing the Honda CR-V with other vehicles that we had been considering. We had pretty well made our minds on another brand. The vehicle sold itself, it was similar in quality and finish to a Honda Accord EXR that we had owned some years ago. Brian's explanations of the vehicles features were more detailed than those found in the basic brochure. Brian's professional approach was in contrast to most of the other advisors we had met with up to that time. We were not pressured into making a purchase. Typically a new car purchase is stressful.
