On entering the dealership I was immediately greeted by one of the friendliest young men ever who. from that point on, treated me as a valued customer and who listened carefully to all my wants and needs. I was and am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend the sales employee as well as support staff to anyone considering buying a vehicle. More

Three weeks ago my husband was involved in an accident and his car was written off by the insurance company so we were faced with getting a replacement vehicle quickly. Since Brian Miller had assisted us with the 2013 purchase and it had been such a pleasant experience, there was not even a thought given to going anywhere else. Actually Brian also made himself available during the whole process after the accident of getting our 2013 Honda to a collision centre to have an estimate of the damages done and arranging for a rental car. Again, Brian lived up to our previous experience and kept our stress level to a minimum by helping us arrange the lease of our new 2015 Honda Civic. Thanks Brian - you're the best. Also, previously we had a 1999 Honda Civic which Mississauga Honda's service department helped us "keep on the road" for 14 years and 404,000 kms!!! More

Bad experience I went in to buy a car awhile ago (my first car), it was close to the end of the month, the salesman barely took the time to explain the features of t I went in to buy a car awhile ago (my first car), it was close to the end of the month, the salesman barely took the time to explain the features of the car and was pressuring to sign the deal so his month end quota could be met. I signed for it anyway subject to test drive. A week later when i went back in for the test drive, the car was filthy (covered in dirt) and was not even wired, the radio, windows, mirrors, vents were not connected. I cancelled the car as the service was horrible. The service at Meadowwale Honda was far superior. More

No response to calls from this dealership I took my car in for service, got a voice mail about some stuff on my car, tried calling back the guy, and he never returned my calls. Very rude and unprofessional staff, not happy at all with the kind of service and kind of money they charge. Wont be going back there. More
