After completing the sale it was discovered that there was a mechanical issue and the dealership looked after this right away at no cost to me. Worst Honda dealer and Service Center Salesman are cheaters,liars and won't help their customers after delivery. My car have a broken seats upon delivery but the Delivery Mascot tried to Salesman are cheaters,liars and won't help their customers after delivery. My car have a broken seats upon delivery but the Delivery Mascot tried to cover it up and walked away. Neither Matt(sales) or Stevens (delivery) helped us until now. I hope our fate will also spread karma to them and their family. Service Center personnel are all rude,no customer service and doesn't know what they're doing. Enterprise car Rental inside the service dept. is a scam.Don't ever entrust your credit card with them.They won't give you back your deposit and they won't reply from your email and or tell you various excuses if you catch them on the phone. Great experience buying from Mark Petkovski I have purchased a total of three vehicles from Mississauga Honda over the years and each time I have been impressed with the experience. I also bring my vehicle here for servicing and I enjoy the coffee, muffins, and complimentary massages (on Thursdays) while I wait. My wife and I recently leased a Honda Odyssey from Mississauga Honda and we were especially impressed with our salesperson, Mark Petkovski. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and, if unsure, he was quick to find the correct answer to my questions and respond immediately (even during the evenings and weekends!). Mark was always personable and professional. He also ensured all necessary paperwork was in order and kept us up to date as the pick-up date for our van neared. Recently my wife and I started looking for a 2nd replacement vehicle we needed, We spent many days looking at other dealerships going back and fourth between cars and different models changing from Toyota to Nissan and even Hyundai and of course Honda. Eventually we saw the beauty that we ended up buying from Mississauga Honda which was a 2012 Honda Civic EX-L coupe and oh boy she came fully loaded with all the works! The rep we had the pleasure of working with was Tomasz Bialy, this guy is amazing he explained everything to us, was very patient, most importantly he did not try to push us into a corner to buy the car right away as I had experienced at the other dealerships. There are too many great things to mention about Tom especially how he broke down the extended warranty option that we decided to go with and what it covers and fully explaining it in detail before even providing the price for it which was a great thing I feel since he explained the value of the product vs just naming the price and going here you go. On the day of pick up the staff was just amazing they had washed the car for us, fixed any nicks with touch up paint for the car, explained how everything works with warranty once again which is great. Along with the free wash and having the car looking brand new we met one of the service advisors by the name of Waqas, who was very humble, knowledgeable, genuine person, he explained how warranty procedures work with the car and when to come in for regular service checks to extended the life of the car as long as possible, I will most def be returning to this dealership in the future as long as these 2 guys are here, They are really amazing reps for a brand like Honda, and in general for a car dealership. They understand the customer doesn't need to be forced into buying something which was really one of my key points for purchasing with them. I would recommend anyone looking for a used or new vehicle from Honda to visit the amazing staff at Mississauga Honda. More
