Excellent Service - no nonsense car buying experience My wife and I recently purchased a 2016 Honda Civic Touring from Mississauga Honda and I have to say that the experience was very much different to wh My wife and I recently purchased a 2016 Honda Civic Touring from Mississauga Honda and I have to say that the experience was very much different to what we were used to. On our visit, we met with John Straker. John Straker provided us with excellent service from the test drive up to the sales follow-up. It felt like we were VIP's and the only thing missing was a red carpet. Before we came in the dealership we already had done our research and had expected a low to high price for the vehicle but when we met with John Straker, we did not expect that we we're going to get a better deal - from the overall vehicle price to the free to low priced accessories that we got for our vehicle (Yes, you read that right, it was free to low priced accessories e.g. winter tires, tint, etc.) it seemed like he didn't care what price he sold us the vehicle or what accessories he gave us, he was more interested in "getting our business" like he stated on our first meeting. We definitely would recommend him and if anyone if thinking of buying a new vehicle should come and pay him a visit. It is definitely worth a visit! More

Awesome purchase experience with Tom! A couple of months ago I walked into Mississauga Honda in search of a new vehicle. It was a bit of a stressful time because my vehicle was written of A couple of months ago I walked into Mississauga Honda in search of a new vehicle. It was a bit of a stressful time because my vehicle was written off and I was under the wire to find a new car quickly. I had been to a few different dealerships prior to Mississauga Honda and I have to say I received the warmest welcome by the reception staff here! From there I was introduced to Tom! Tom has a very relaxed friendly demeanor and he really took the time to educate me in detail on the features and benefits of the Accord and the various trim levels. He was extremely thorough and patient and he answered all of my questions. When it came to the negotiation process Tom never used any aggressive or off-putting tactics with me and he never undermined my vision to get into the Accord by trying to downgrade the vehicle model to meet a certain budget. We eventually came to an agreement on a price/payment I was comfortable with and I signed the papers! Because I had to give up the rental car my insurance company provided 5 days later Tom made magic happen to locate a vehicle with the trim level and colour I wanted, had it tinted per my request and had it detailed and all the licence paperwork taken care of so I could pick it up on that target date.....he even went the extra mile knowing it was my birthday to get me a beautiful floral arrangement the day I picked up my car! I am also a salesperson by profession so I really value having a positive sales experience with any large purchase like this and even more valuable has been the after sales support that Tom has provided. I have already messaged him a few times with questions and he always get back to me with what I need! Overall a wonderful sales experience and Mississauga Honda is very lucky to have Tom on their team! More
