Just picked up my vehicle from your dealership after my first appointment for my 2018 highlander that I purchased in the fall. I brought it in for an oil change and to have a lingering chemical smell r first appointment for my 2018 highlander that I purchased in the fall. I brought it in for an oil change and to have a lingering chemical smell removed. They gave it an ozone treatment and a cherry smell. I am very happy with the attention this issue received. Vlad, my sales guy, called service on my behalf and Jitesh set up the overnight treatment. I live in aurora and it was well worth the drive to get this level of service. I would not hesitate to do all of my service work here despite the drive. Top notch sales and service team. Very professional! I even got a free car wash. Great crew you have there! Roger More
Milton Toyota has always taken good care of our needs, whether acquiring a vehicle or servicing our vehicles. Quite recently we had a rare situation; two flat tires at once. I was unable to take care of whether acquiring a vehicle or servicing our vehicles. Quite recently we had a rare situation; two flat tires at once. I was unable to take care of it due to a medical issue. We called Toyota Assist, who promptly sent a service vehicle. We had our car towed to Milton Toyota, who assisted us promptly to replace our tires and get us back on the road.. All at a fair price. Milton Toyota have always treated us fairly and honestly, which is why I have been a loyal customer for many years and shall continue to be. More

Just wanted to say thank you for the outstanding service provided by Steven and to the Mechanic(s). I had my Highlander in for service yesterday and today (regular maintenance and some wear and tear items) provided by Steven and to the Mechanic(s). I had my Highlander in for service yesterday and today (regular maintenance and some wear and tear items). Steven kept me apprised of the work status very well (and often) and explained what needed to be done with my vehicle. The work was completed even earlier than expected and my Highlander was much cleaner than when I dropped it off. Thank you! More

Once that was done, I called Milton Toyota to enquire if I could take my car to them immediately to have the battery replaced. They were fully booked with appointments that day! However, when I was connected to Jitesh Mistry, upon hearing my dilemma, he told me to bring my car and he will arrange for it to be serviced! I was extremely relieved! I drove immediately to Milton Toyota. Jitesh arranged for the battery to be replaced and I was very happy. Jitesh has always treated me with great respect and courtesy. He is a fine gentleman and I like dealing with him. He is an asset to your Service Centre! In fact, all your staff are very pleasant and courteous. We are sitting in our siloes without any human interaction. The phone call from Rosa today was like a warn caress. She was professional but not cold. She made me feel as if I am talking to a friend. Someone that I can trust. In today's commercial world this is something very precious. This is something that can tug at my heart strings when I am deciding to buy or lease my next car.
