Milton Toyota has provided me with the best dealership experience I have ever had. I hesitate to single out any particular service adviser because they are all great. But I have known Manny Sekhon the longest and he deserves much of the credit for the continuing loyal dealership maintenance of my now 26-year-old minivan. Service after service I have received professional and courteous advice from and Manny and the Service Team. Whenever I walk in the door I feel like I am receiving 5-star (out of 5) service and attention. Naturally, after so many years everyone knows my name. And they certainly know my vehicle like the back of their collective hands. I am given real options as well as reminders about future service work that will need to be done. Regardless, surprise visits occur with a vehicle of this age and kilometrage and I am always impressed how the team is able to slot me into their busy service department schedules to tend to my quarter-centenarian vehicle promptly. I feel like the whole service team is on the same page as I am to make this vehicle extend to its maximum life cycle. I know many of the service technicians by name and some of the sales advisers as well. Whenever I have ventured away from this dealership due to extenuating circumstances for service, repairs or maintenance I have been reminded of why this dealership Service Team is so special. Manny has truly gone beyond they normal call of duty in his efforts to provide a seriously great dealership experience. Although I did not purchase my 2000 Sienna from Milton Toyota because the dealership did not exist until 2001, I will definitely purchase my next Toyota vehicle from Milton Toyota. The absolute best! Buyer Beware! !! Do not buy used cars from Milton Toyota!!! Do not expect to get any help regarding warranty from Toyota Canada either!!!! You will be left on you !! Do not buy used cars from Milton Toyota!!! Do not expect to get any help regarding warranty from Toyota Canada either!!!! You will be left on your own if something happens to your car!!!!!! If I can help one person not go through what I just went through, my message will be worth it. I bought a 2018 Toyota CHR from Milton Toyota in 2019 as a one-year-old car with only 10,000 km. They pushed for an extended warranty that I paid 2600 for and got financing from them. They also got the plate for the car. In December 2024, the car had just over 140,000 kilometres when the transmission failed. They charged me for diagnostic and told me that the transmission bearings had failed. Apparently, this happens a lot with the Toyota CVR transmissions! They quoted me close to 10,000 to replace the transmission and was advised that it was “not worth replacing it and that I should just drive the car until it stalls”. By November, the car did stop twice while driving in low gears and because I could not afford to replace it, my only other choice was to have the transmission rebuilt. I paid 5,000 to have the rebuild. What I did not know is that Toyota Canada decided to have an “enhanced warranty” for their faulty transmissions for these cars since September 2025 and my car qualified for this enhanced warranty meaning that my transmission could have been replaced for free! I was only made aware about this by Milton Toyota when I called them in January 2026 for something unrelated to this. I was so upset and they said that they would try to get me reimbursed what I paid for the rebuild. After almost 2 months of waiting for the reimbursement, they advised me that I was not going to be refunded anything because the repair was done after the enhanced warranty was available and that I paid cash for it. The shop that agreed to the rebuild was a small shop and they only wanted to be paid with cash. At that point I asked for my rebuilt transmission to be replaced because with a rebuild there is a 40% chance that it would fail again in the next year or two and the very reason that dealers do not rebuild. Also, I informed Milton Toyota that in low gears the whole car rattles a great deal only after 5 months of the rebuild. After 10 days of waiting for a decision, Milton Toyota emailed me back saying the replacement will not be done because I had already rebuilt it. So I was on my own. After calling Toyota Canada a number of times, I was informed that Milton Toyota DID NOT update Toyota Canada that I was the new owner since 2019 when I purchased this vehicle, with me having financed the car through them and them selling me an extended warranty!!! Apparently, Toyota Canada informed me that they did email the notice of the enhanced warranty in September but it went to the old owner and that they are not liable because of this and that they can not do anything about this. Toyota Canada is blaming ME for not updating them that I was the new owner! Instead of blaming Milton Toyota for not doing their work, I am being blamed for this. No one told me that I should call Toyota Canada and update them that I was the new owner when I purchased the car. This is unacceptable and I feel that Toyota Canada does not want to take responsibility that Milton Toyota messed up! I am now left with a rebuilt transmission that can fail again anytime and neither Toyota Canada nor Milton Toyota is taking any responsibility what so ever for any of this!!!!! More

Just purchased a new RAV4 Hybrid from Milton Toyota and had the pleasure of dealing with both Reg Pay (assistant sales manager) and Jeremy Hillhouse. Their knowledge, helpfulness and professionalism far ex had the pleasure of dealing with both Reg Pay (assistant sales manager) and Jeremy Hillhouse. Their knowledge, helpfulness and professionalism far exceeded my expectations. Reg couldn’t have been more accommodating from the purchase of the vehicle to its delivery and Jeremy was extremely helpful in setting up my vehicle with its many functions. Had a great experience at Toyota Milton! I showed up on Monday morning with a flat tire and in the need of a maintenance service and without an appointment.
