Hyundai Santa Fe Recall repair completed recently My Hyundai Santa Fe was in for oil leak check: Service Advisor Thompson & the technician on 6/28 correctly identified the leak from front valve cover My Hyundai Santa Fe was in for oil leak check: Service Advisor Thompson & the technician on 6/28 correctly identified the leak from front valve cover gasket and into alternator. Since that was a recall issue, the Service Manager Miranda followed up expeditiously & closely with Hyundai Canada to get the approval and parts required. The gasket & alternator were immediately replaced after parts delivered. Thanks to both Thompson, Miranda and the technician for getting the job done right. More

Short block engine recall. I took my vehicle in for the repair and there was a situation that the job was delayed in starting a whole day. This was not good.!!! Now the goo I took my vehicle in for the repair and there was a situation that the job was delayed in starting a whole day. This was not good.!!! Now the good part. I spoke with the Service Manager Miranda Hobson, and she made no excuses, and apologized and fixed the situation by providing a courtesy car and told me that a mechanic would be booked for me the next day (Saturday) and the job would be completed. She called me at 1730 on Saturday to advise me my car was ready for pick up. I returned the loaner car and was on my way !! The car is running great now. I was told the truth, and Miranda solved my issues quickly and professionally. Milton Hyundai customers are in good hands with Mianada Hobson. Thanks again Miranda !!! My vehicle was a Elantra 2013. Experience with Buying My Hyundai Sonata. I am a year late, doing this review...but, better late than never. I bought my Hyundai 2016 Sonata in January 2017...one year ago. Its been a grea I am a year late, doing this review...but, better late than never. I bought my Hyundai 2016 Sonata in January 2017...one year ago. Its been a great car and I have been happy with my purchase so far. When I bought my car I had a personable and knowledgable sales representative who looked after me, and helped me with my decision to purchase this car. The managers I have meet there...Kevin Ahamad and Mahender Reddy were very nice, great to deal with as well. Only compliant I have with my experience is dealing with the Financial Service Manager,.... Asim Alam, who was not easy to deal with. I didnt not want the the extra warranty or the rust proofing...my choice. He kept pushing me to purchase these extras, which I still declined. Next Day he phoned me ( after I already purchased the car ) still trying to get me to purchase these extras...after repeating a few times the day my before I was not interested. If you purchase a car from this dealership, do not deal with this Financial Manager, they do have another person there to handle this. I felt he was rude, condescending and was abit too pushy, which kinda of ruined the experience my overall experience with this dealership. Other staff members there did apologize for his behaviour and didnt like how I was treated. I personally feel he should of personally apologized....he had plenty of time to do so. Like I said..Mostly Great staff, Nice car...enjoy driving the Sonata. Thank you! More

Salesperson are snake, they knew the car door panel has hidden rust, they did not disclose this defect to me. they promised to do touch up on the car body , but they end up use different colour to touch up. they make body worse. 2017 Santa Fe We purchased a 2017 Sante Fe this past weekend and we are truly happy with our experience. We walked into the dealership on Saturday afternoon and we We purchased a 2017 Sante Fe this past weekend and we are truly happy with our experience. We walked into the dealership on Saturday afternoon and we were met by Chris Dobbie. He answered all our questions and made us feel very comfortable. We came home and discussed all the information and decided this was definitely the vehicle we wanted. We returned on Sunday with our 5 and 8 year old Granddaughters and while we were making the final arrangements with Asim (Awesome) Chris looked after the girls and made them quite comfortable as well. There was never any pressure from Chris with regards to anything during this whole process. We were also impressed by all the staff treating the girls special. Everyone made this a wonderful process but most of all to Chris...you are certainly a great "people person". We would recommend Chris and this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle.
