Purchased a challenger been having issues with squeaky noises drove there left the car they changed a pulley and said its all good. After i came back the sounds back on again same squeaky noise. Got back to the service manager and was told they did what they can do and want me to take the car to a service center and get it fixed from somewhere else. I regret i purchased a vehicle from them. I notified them about the issue while i was under their 1700km warranty yet they failed to fix the issue. Much disappointed with their customer service. Got the car checked at my regular goto garage and they told me its a failing water pump. I am surprised how come a dodge dealership couldn’t diagnose it. More

Dont waste your time Went in to do a deal on a used $60,000 truck and they wouldnt spend $75 of tech time to see what if any work needs to be done to get through a safety.
