Henry knew I was under a time restraint to purchase a vehicle and even though he was very busy he took the time to find me a vehicle that suited my needs. The deal that Henry worked out for me was perfect and he expedited the process ensuring that my car would be ready when promised. He even went the extra mile getting a replacement fob for me as the original one was defective. All staff at Mike Knapp Ford I find are very friendly and helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership. I only gave a 4 star because I felt my car was not detailed the way it should have been. When I put the back seats up it was obvious it had not been cleaned and I even found old receipts from the previous oner. I know all at the staff were very busy, however, it was embarrassing when showing our new vehicle to friends to lift up the seats and find the dirt. However, if I ever need another vehicle or service to my existing car, I will definitely be calling Mike Knapp Ford! More

Since moving from St. Thomas many years ago, we have not been able to find a dealership to meet that level of service. Well, we just did in Mike Knapp Ford - our only wish is that we lived closer so that we could take advantage of their service department.
