Worst sales people and liars I bought a vehicle from here a few months ago. I have never been treated or lied to so much! The sales man Brian told me I had to wait three days to g I bought a vehicle from here a few months ago. I have never been treated or lied to so much! The sales man Brian told me I had to wait three days to get parts fixed like the seat I had no problem with that. I had two phone calls from Ford saying my car was ready and my boyfriend got a call saying was ready to. When I got there to pick it up nothing has been fixed. I was told after driving there that they were waiting on parts. Then I had a problem with the door and was told I was wrong and it worked fine after Brian saw it having problem. Finally I got the parts in for the original problem was meant to be fixed before I got it and had to wait for my car again. Three days later I got a call saying it was ready. I asked if the door had been fixed since I was told when I dropped it off it would be looked at and was told that Brian had said there was no problem with it. Had to wait another day for it and the tech fixed it since there was a problem! When Ford called to ask about service I told them it was horrible and was told Mike Knapp would call... Been a few months and nothing. Not to mention when I was going through the process of approval for financing I had the lady who processed it admit to me that she called my insurance company pretending to be me to get the insurance info since I was unreachable at that time (at work). Thank goodness she couldn't answer the questions since she didn't know about all the policy info on record. When I told Ford this they just apologized. Never would I go back to this dealership and I warn others not to either. Any of my information could have been changed since she tried to be me when calling. Not to mention how many times I wasted driving there for them to lie to me over and over again and put on km on my car. More

I was visiting relatives in Welland when I noticed a noise underneath my 2007 Fusion. I called at noon on a Saturday - got an appointment at 2PM the same day. The problem was a plastic dust shield hangi noise underneath my 2007 Fusion. I called at noon on a Saturday - got an appointment at 2PM the same day. The problem was a plastic dust shield hanging down . they took it off - gave me a copy of the part number and told me not to worry for my return trip to Montreal. I was very pleased with the professionnal service and the ability to get an appointment so fast. More
