- EVOcrazyTook delivery of a new 2017 Outlander GTS AWC (our 3rd Mitsubishi) and can't say enough positives about the entire sales process...from dealing with salesperson, financing and the service walk through. Everyone was very accommodating, easy going and worked hard to ensure my wife and I were more than satisfied with the vehicle purchase. Highly recommend Mid North Mitsubishi

- MidNorth-SucksI buy a new car the winter months, they sell me winter tires and rims and say will store my summer tires until the Spring no charge. I think great, that's convenient, I return in the spring to have the tires installed and they tell me I must have driven over a nail as one of the tires has a hole in it. I say that's not possible, I bought the car new and you installed winter tires before I drove it off the lot. After a brief, absence the service advisor returns and says they will cover the cost of the patch kit for the tire. I bought a new car I should have gotten a new tire not a patched tire. Tried to talk to the owner about a few other issues that came up and got in not so many words was called a liar. So I contacted Mitsubishi Canada customer support, they tell me it's a dealer issue and someone from the dealer will contact me to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. It's been 3 years and I'm still waiting to be contacted. I realize this is not a Mitsubishi Canada issue but rather a bad dealer to deal with.

- GoMitsu!I registered my Mitsu with Mid North Motors after purchasing it 2 yrs ago, out-of-town. I change the oil, oil filter, tires myself but I do all drive train related maintenance at Mid North Motors. I am very happy with the service (quality of work, promptness, courtesy, price). Since I bought it, Mitsubishi released a couple of recalls-minor issues only. To me this means reliability when compared to the kind of recalls I hear about on the radio for other brands.

- jphil1I had an issue with the tone of one of the salespeople at this dealership. When I took my complaint to the owner, he agreed the salesperson tone was inappropriate.. however, he offered no solution and merely provided a glowing endorsement of said salesperson. From my experience, they do not care about people at this place, they just care about money and they aren't willing to put in much effort for that money either.

- 173606Happy to get your sale money. Not so happy to please the customer or service the vehicle afterwards. A complaint escalated to the point of the customer (me) being called a liar and I quote "I've been in business too long to make comments like that". No apology was offered. As a customer I feel unappreciated by this dealer. I believe after sale customer service would be a priority for any dealer. The short trip to the dealer in North Bay has restored my confidence in Mitsubishi. I strongly recommend the drive to North Bay for any existing or future owners.
