I had a really worst experience i was so excited for my brother to get his first vehicle in canada. As we discussed to keep this vehicle for 9 months and come back for trade in to get new vehicle , I was planning to trade in my dodge challenger and get one from you guys. Unfortunately due to all this I am gonna switch to reputed dealership and wanna warn all buyers please do proper research before you go to dealerships. Most of them are scammers gonna quickly response to your calls and messages when you are buying vehicle. Once you buy or finance vehicle they are harder to get connected l. I was checking online good dealership always has solution for their customers and offers repairs and services to keep customer satisfied and stick with for future deals. Now my vehicle is parked for 10 days and my brother feel so stressed as this was his first car in canada and that’s how it is treating him. More

Best experience ever with Jeff Peppin as our sales guy and Colin Hartle in finance. They really made us feel valued and really cared in making the whole experience rather enjoyable. Brought 1999 Explorer Sport in for driver door lock service at 7am. When called with diagnostics at 9:40am a locking mechanism had to be ordered locally for repair. Tried to up-sell me on door handle r service at 7am. When called with diagnostics at 9:40am a locking mechanism had to be ordered locally for repair. Tried to up-sell me on door handle replacement $100+. (not needed). Vehicle was not finished till 4:40pm. Was told 1 - 1/2 hrs labor to complete job. Charged over 2hrs. Merlin had vehicle for almost 10hrs. What happened to first in first out. That's why I scheduled service at 7am opening .This type of disrespect for customers is not to be tolerated. Vehicle should have been completed at 2pm latest, not 4:40pm. Unsympathetic and dumb service advisors. My Explorer sat, while they worked on other vehicles that came in after me. This was confirmed by the shuttle driver that dropped and picked me up. Merlin ford does not put customer first, otherwise they would have completed my SUV 3hrs earlier. More
