Did not feel treated as I would expect from a Lincoln dealer. I purchased my 3rd Lincoln but was frustrated with the lax communication and the fact that although I asked for certain documents I was not g dealer. At one point 3 sales staff attempted in a subtle way to keep my keys from me after a test drive and the fact I told them I had to leave to get to my book club. That in its self became a bit of a joke with it being mentioned on a couple of other occasions ( oh, so you’re off to book club again). I have heard that often women buyers are not treated with the same respect as men and I did feel that was my situation. However, in spite of the frustrations I experienced, I just love my new Corsair! More

At first I had a good experience but now I’m not so pleased. Before I signed paper work on a used truck I was told it needed time in the shop I was understanding and agreed to the sale still but I sign pleased.
