Please do not service with Country Hill Mercedes Benz! I had a terrible service experience with Brian , the service manager. I think he is very unreasonable, and not the best to deal with. He made promises, and had not deliver any of the promises. And if that’s what a service manager is like, I cannot imagine what the expectations are for the rest of the team member. Buyer beware. Last year I decided to switch my company vehicles to Mercedes. That decision is proving to a very bad one and causing me serious aggravation in my lif Last year I decided to switch my company vehicles to Mercedes. That decision is proving to a very bad one and causing me serious aggravation in my life. When I leased these vehicles I specifically asked for them to be in under my business. I was told my name is on the paperwork because they check the credit of both the company and myself which is fine. What I was not told was the fact that the lease payments for both vehicles would show up as debt on my personal credit as well as the company! These payments are keeping me from getting a new mortgage on a home to accommodate my sick mother. I was forced to stay with a friend because I couldn’t get a new home before the closing date of my old one. I would have never leased these vehicles if I knew Mercedes Benz financial had these awful policies. I have leased many vehicles from other manufacturers over the last 20 years and this is the first time I’ve had this issue. Think twice before considering Mercedes for business. Also, you might want to consider another location if you’re thinking about buying a G63. I offered to pay the required deposit to have my name put on the waiting list and was refused. Guess I’m not good enough to own one. More

In the age where you can custom order vehicles online and search for best prices on various car dealer sites (autotrader.ca or kijiji etc etc), why does anyone really go to dealers to buy cars? Sure, it's a great place to look at a car in person and get a feel for the vehicle but then you can get online and find the lowest price somewhere else. When I stepped into this dealership I had my eye on a particular vehicle and I cross shopped the competition extensively. The dealership is clean, spacious and smells nice (as is expected from Mercedes so this doesn't stand out really). What stands out at this dealership is the staff. They are some of the friendliest people around. They know when to approach you and when to leave you alone. They know their products and how to answer your questions. Bottom line is that they treat you with respect. I didn't get bad treatment at any other dealer either but I just wanted to point out that the Mercedes Benz Country Hills experience was exceptional. After the purchase, I was contacted at every point in the production cycle to keep me in the loop. When my vehicle arrived there was an issue with the build and there were options added that I didn't request. The dealership took ownership of the mistake (a mistake that wasn't theirs) and they ate the costs. Mercedes Benz wouldn't own up to who made the mistake and wouldn't compensate the dealer for the costs. This is why dealerships exist! They stand up for the customer and make sure that they are taken care of! Wow! Never expected service this great even after a massive mistake like this! The financing team was amazing in detailing all the numbers and what to expect on that side. They worked with my family to get some additional extras to protect the vehicle and were never pushy. They explained the benefits of all packages and left the decisions up to us. This is why dealerships exist! If I ever had any questions, they always had a clear and concise answer. Upon delivery, the sales staff explained the vehicle in detail and had us look it over for any imperfections. Again, a very smooth process. The management was also great and the fact that they are hiring such great salespeople made it apparent that they are capable of running a successful dealership that cares about the customer experience first and foremost. I don't work for Mercedes and I have no affiliation with Country Hills Mercedes Benz. I am just a very happy customer that was treated with respect, honesty and friendliness. I will always recommend Country Hills regardless of what vehicle brand they sell! It just so happens it's Mercedes. So if you're looking for a Mercedes, go to Country Hills!!! More
