Sales staff that we dealt with was knowledgeable and helpful but unfortunately as soon as the sale happened they were unresponsive and unwilling to assist with post sale related topic. A big concern for us was the service quality and our experience so far was that the work was either done in a matter that leave lots of to be asked for (oil filter not tighten properly and leaking oil, side air bag panel reinstalled incorrectly causing attachment clip damage, factory defect parts installed etc.) or was not done at all. I will not be taking my Mercedes to this shop. More
Just had a service for an engine check light fault, it was determined that it was the thermostat, was told that it would take 2-3 hours, it was nearly 7 hours later before the repair was finished, no curt was determined that it was the thermostat, was told that it would take 2-3 hours, it was nearly 7 hours later before the repair was finished, no curtesy car available as they have to be booked 3 weeks in advance, shuttle car does not go outside Calgary, so I’m stuck in the show room for 7 hours with no information on what was happening, after 4 hours I had to go looking for someone to ask what the status was, the information was very poor, in the 50+ years I’ve been driving this was one of the worse experiences from a dealership I have had to endure More

I purchased my ML550 in February of this year! Was told the engine would not disappoint me! They stated the engine used in this vehicle has been used for over 40 yrs and I would not have any issues with it the engine would not disappoint me! They stated the engine used in this vehicle has been used for over 40 yrs and I would not have any issues with it! I’m a single lady so was on guard as to what I was getting! In my past I was purchasing vehicles from small used car lots but figured with this bigger purchase I would buy directly from the dealership! Safe way to go right? They know their vehicles and everything would be checked over well before selling. Upon purchase I was told they wouldn’t be able to offer me an extended warranty this was upsetting but again… they are saying I would not be disappointed! A few months into ownership I’m having issues with the engine light coming on. A call was made and was told that once I leave their lot they cannot help me. I do the necessary work and engine light is on again!! This time it’s the fuel injector issue! Fuel injector was replaced without their help and now it’s even a bigger problem. Diagnostics showing cylinder 5 issue and is shaking and blowing white exhaust! Called Mercedes to talk to a manager and now it’s 2 days with no call back!! I trusted Mercedes! I came to you in hopes that you would be honest and not sell me a vehicle with engine problems!! I can’t get to work to even pay my bills!! No vehicle and no call back!! These guys are out for the money and don’t care about you!! If your making a purchase you would be called back quick and helped!! Sadly, when I first purchased my vehicle I gave them a high rating and great review!! I take that back now!! All I have is a vehicle with major engine problems and a large debt!! For future…trust the small guys more!! Never had a problem with them before!! More
The service experience hasn’t been the best at this dealership. My car is still under factory warranty and I brought the vehicle in for an issue which I believe should’ve been covered under the warrant dealership. However, the service advisor that I was working with denied my request and he shifted the blame onto me and made a $4000 bill and I don’t know how much additional in labour charges. One of my family members who was with me at the time was also disgusted by this behavior. My family member was considering a GLS but ended up not giving Mercedes a chance because of this. I took the car to the downtown dealership and they said it was an issue that should’ve been covered under warranty and they fixed it in an afternoon. I will likely buy a different German brand vehicle or give the other Mercedes dealerships in the city a chance instead and will avoid spending any money here again. More

The Country Hills dealership offers excellent customer service and attention to detail. All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful in making sure I was taken care of. Went to Country Hills Mercedes and met Abe Caranza. Had the pleasure of meeting Kyle the New Car Manager and Chady the GSM who also got involved. Total team effort. We felt no need to test drive the car and bought it over the phone the following day. The post purchase experience with Catherine during delivery was very informative and we got a call from Abe the following day on a busy Saturday at the dealership just to see if we had any questions or concerns on the car. Looking forward to a long relationship with this dealership. More
Never again - will most likely sue the dealership After bringing my car here for an airbag service recall my steering wheel had sustained serious damage caused by the technicians who did the wo After bringing my car here for an airbag service recall my steering wheel had sustained serious damage caused by the technicians who did the work They didn't tell me before hand that my beloved Mercedes Benz would be damaged, nor did I sign any kind of damage waiver The metal trim around the steering wheel was left sharp and jagged and incorrectly installed, and holes were left in the steering wheel cover. I actually injured my hand on the jagged parts Their Asst. Service Manager admitted and accepted responsibility for the damage and promised to fix the steering wheel trim and the cover - see texts photo. They replaced the trim, but then refused to fix the holes claiming "oh well nothing we can do its part of the procedure" and "go ahead, take us to court" My advice? There are plenty of OTHER good Mercedes dealers in the area, I suggest you pick one. More

Minoshka was very patient and thorough when walking us through the functionality of our new vehicle. Abe always responded promptly, in great detail, even when he was on his days off as well as after hours.
