Thanks for taking the time to bring these issues to our attention. My understanding is that a majority of your problems have been looked after? Were the tires not replaced to alleviate a ride issue you had reported? I thought it important to qualify that we are not in the used tire business - and would not change tires unless at a clients request to take care of a related problem. I apologize that we are only just recently Dealerrater members, and honestly the crew from a couple of years ago was so occupied selling 200-300 cars per month that details sometimes were overlooked.
