Excellent service When I went to Honda Meadowvale on Saturday September 21 for my 9am appointment I asked Dave one of the service advisor how long will it take for oil When I went to Honda Meadowvale on Saturday September 21 for my 9am appointment I asked Dave one of the service advisor how long will it take for oil change and he said it will take 2 hours to finish it because of the backlog so I said to him that I brought my daughter with me because she has work at 10:30 I have to drop her to work and he said to me that it’s not guaranteed but he will do his best to finish it in an hour. When I went to Dave again to follow up I saw one mechanic bringing my car key to Dave that is why I thank him because he keeps track of my car. More

My personal experience with your staff.. To start, the two nice guys at the service bay, promptly offered to bring in my car from the parking lot and get me my intake-sheet ready all filled u To start, the two nice guys at the service bay, promptly offered to bring in my car from the parking lot and get me my intake-sheet ready all filled up with the VIN/Mileage etc.. Then Mitchelle the service advisor was great, very calm and supportive, even though she was challenged (the only advisor at the desk at that time) with a long lineup of customers to attend to. Your waiting lounge was loaded with coffee/tea/snacks etc. You don't see that at many dealerships these days. Then the Courtsey Shuttle guy who did the drop-off/pick-up for us was an amazing guy, we had a nice heartwarming chat about Newfoundland and his journey from NFDLND to Mississauga. Then the service desk guys, where we picked up our keys were nice and friendly as well. You have a good team. More

Mr Irfan and financial advisor Mr Joseph assisted us and ensure that we left the place satisfied. Upon delivery we had issue with the registration number as we were particular about and informed that some certain number are disliked while make the agreement which they resolved it but we had to wait. They assisted us to get the tinted windows, which was done professionally except they missed the front top part, but Raj assured it could be completed at anytime. I will visit the dealership to complete it soon. We have a few questions about the accessories as we feel its not delivered, will check with them while visiting the dealership for tint. More
