I wrote a negative review on Google and they had it removed/hidden for awhile. Overall terrible experience purchasing a used car from this dealership. The accumulation of their mistakes and lack of attention to detail has been frustrating and costly. I purchased a 2016 CX3 from them last July 2020. They offered me 0% financing for a 1 year term and stated they would waive a $50 fee. They gave me the printed numbers to consider but the actual contract's weekly fee was off by a little. I did not notice and unfortunately signed the papers without realizing they did not honor that agreement. I let it go because I didn't want to bother over $50. The front license plate screw also fell off the first week I got the car but I knew someone who got a screw and fixed it for me. I drive mostly in the city and the GTA. After switching to winter tires after just driving about 4 months, I found out the tires the car came with were done and needed to be replaced. The next big issue was the front fender liner was cracked and partly fell down towards the ground. I initially thought it broke during my ownership and asked for a quote on the part which was quite expensive. When I asked my brother in law to look at it, he found pieces of duct tape holding it together. This meant it was broken when I purchased it. The dealership missed this damage from the previous owner or they chose not to disclose the information for the sale. Either way, their lack of thoroughness has been unprofessional and annoying to deal with. I left them this feedback on their website and they didn't even read it properly. A sales person called me back to ask if I wanted to buy a car. He laughed at me when I explained the problem and said that wasn't possible. I was done with this dealership after that phone call. More

A big thanks to Dave Lu for helping us to own a 2019 Mazda 3 GS Sports Hatchback, we are just planning to purchase the demo car from last year model, but with Dave's helped we were able to buy a brand n Mazda 3 GS Sports Hatchback, we are just planning to purchase the demo car from last year model, but with Dave's helped we were able to buy a brand new car (though it was last year model) with a value within our budget. Awful sales experience We came in to buy a used Mazda CX-5 that was advertised on their website. The sales rep was unprofessional and unwilling to answer questions. It was like pulling teeth to get him to pay attention to what we wanted to know. The car and price (were reasonable) so the purchase went through but for this person to make commission off of this experience is purely wrong. We had to chase him down as he was on the phone making personal calls. He was unable to show us transparently what he was offering and the price before we got to the leasing manager. What a wrong impression to make. All customers are important especially the one's helping you get to your sales number. I would never recommend this dealership and will in fact warn people to stay away. There are a lot of Mazda dealerships - find one where you are treated with respect. More
