De plus, se faire traiter comme un paria pour demander le règlement d'un défaut de fabrication connu de la marque (les miroirs qui coulent) sous prétexte que la garantie esthétique est échue d’un an est une honte. Pourquoi continuer à payer des tarifs supérieurs chez vous pour un service de si piètre qualité ? C'est terminé. J'entrepose mes pneus ailleurs dès cette année et je confie mes entretiens à un mécanicien indépendant, plus avenant, plus professionnel et avec des horaires adaptés aux clients. À fuir. More

Bunch Of Crooks. Dishonest dealership!! AVOID. I brought my Mazda CX-30 in for a TPMS warning light after installing winter tires. The service advisor told me it Dishonest dealership!! AVOID. I brought my Mazda CX-30 in for a TPMS warning light after installing winter tires. The service advisor told me it would take 2-3 hours to diagnose and that if the issue was simple (like just needing air), there would be no charge. 30 minutes after I left (having spent money on an Uber home), they texted that the car was ready. I took another Uber back. They then charged me a $45 diagnostic fee to tell me my steel winter rims don't have TPMS sensors - something ANY technician can see in literally 30 seconds just by looking at the wheels. They broke their promise of no charge for simple issues. This wasn't a diagnosis - it was a visual observation that required zero work. They wasted 2+ hours of my time, cost me Uber fees both ways ($40), and charged me for information they could have provided in 5 minutes over the phone or at the service desk. This is dishonest business practice. They make promises they don't keep and charge for "diagnostics" that don't exist. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration - go literally anywhere else. And especially avoid Valentin Ojovan. He was the advisor. More
