Great MDX I like to give a big thanks to the crew at Markham Acura, I thought I was going to have a bad experience as my new car had some problems to start, but I like to give a big thanks to the crew at Markham Acura, I thought I was going to have a bad experience as my new car had some problems to start, but instead they went beyond there way to make sure my cars was fixed proper and that I was happy, customer service I got was amazing, people need to understand nothing in life if perfect including a car, so when someone goes beyond there way to make sure everything is fixed and give you a loaner car as many times as you need it, that's good service!!! they Also had me sweetened up with lots of coffee and Tim bits, thankks ;) I use this truck for a restaurant (Liberty burgers on Main st MARKHAM) so I have lots of space for the grocery and I can still have my guest sitting in back seat when I have them. Only see Ronald Yip! We have been using Ronald as our go-to car salesman for our last 3 Acura's and wouldn't use anyone else, unless he had left the company. I have never been and even under the new management I am still not a fan of the dealership itself for the lack of diversity in the workplace however we overlook this each time because Ronald is outstanding - 5 Star rating for Ronald. Aweful service....or should I say lack of service Service Centre reps are rude and dismissive they don't care about ure service. They only have 1 shuttle that is never available and no loaner cars so Service Centre reps are rude and dismissive they don't care about ure service. They only have 1 shuttle that is never available and no loaner cars so be prepared to sit all day waiting for your car only for them to tell you that they didn't have time to get to your car. You will have to follow up they don't do any proactive calling for appointments that they don't get paid for it. Even. Airbag recall part replacement. Steve and Zak service manager and general managers don't even care to acknowledge and provide a solution. Don't know how this location is still in business. More
