Delivery manger Jason Chow really did a great job, he spent more than one hour, patiently explained all the features, settings to us when picking up the car. There is only one thing doesn't seem logical to me - we were asked how much more money(on top of the agreed purchase price) we are willing to pay if we want to get the none in-stock car sooner. More
