Great experience my Audi Q7 Ramsey helped me with the purchase of my new vehicle. Love my car I had a good experience with Wilson's and the employees. Miguel and Marco were friendly and helpful. I didn't trade in my car as I was offered much I had a good experience with Wilson's and the employees. Miguel and Marco were friendly and helpful. I didn't trade in my car as I was offered much less than I was able to sell it for privately. I also didn't get an owners manual with my car which I inquired about and am still waiting for 7 mths later.... I will probably return when I'm looking for another car. More

Your website is excellent This is my third purchase with this dealership. I am always checking your inventory when we get close to update our vehicle. Your website is excellent and very user friendly. To be honest we had some highs and lows during our experience this time. Jocelyn could not have been more knowledgeable and helpful. She was excellent!!! I was not aware my trade in value could be negotiated. I was visibly not happy with the value received but was not engaged to discuss it. I think we got off on the wrong foot with Jeff when we were told he was doubling our licensing fee as my ownership was not complete. With my past purchases, I have never purchased extended warranty and rust proofing and it was going to be the same this time. I discovered two lines on the bill of sale that were populated with values but were not mandatory. When I questioned them I was told I had purchased these on my previous two sales and that was why they were populated. If I did include them previously,I was never made aware they were optional. I asked Jeff to remove them. I understand Jeff makes his money selling the additional services but it seemed when we were not, his attitude towards us changed. He was never rude but not the same as when we entered his office. We had requested some spots to be touched up and buffed as well as two marks on the back seat removed. I feel very little detailing was done prior to pick up and all the issues were not addressed. The Saturday we came it was pouring rain and I didn't take the time I should have to check it over. With us living in Orangeville, its not convenient for us to be coming back often. I still feel Mark Wilsons provides good value and will be back. I just learned a couple of things this experience that I will watch for next time. cheers, Rick Mantle More

Best customer service EVER 😃 I dealt with Michael Fonseca I can't say enough about this guy, he was truly a fantastic person to deal with when looking at suv's. He had the ones I wanted to try ready for me to give them a whirl. He helped me get the Rogue I was looking at and gave me a great trade in price on my truck, couldn't be happier. He made sure the new car was perfect and had new tires and brakes on it when I picked it up. Again BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! The best part was, Rod brought the van to Kitchener for delivery from Guelph. I will definitely buy again from Rod and Wilson's Van looks great and runs great. The staff my husband and I encountered were not pressure pushers and always had smiles and courteous actions. They run things like a well oiled precious vehicle. Mark and Miguel made sure I got everything I needed in my car and that it was ready within days and look incredible when I picked it up. Kim helped with financing and was just amazing. She was so friendly and helpful, dealt with everything and was just so fun to work with. I would recommend Wilsons to anyone buying a used car. Everyone I encountered was so friendly and helpful, they were open and honest about everything and made buying my car such an enjoyable experience.
