Good Sales Support. Very poor financing experience The sales person and staff responsible for finalizing the paperwork were excellent. No pressure. Lots of options given. Reviewed everything clearly. Coordination of financing was a very disappointing experience. Your representative referred to me as “doll” or “hun”. Very unprofessional. She did everything but promise me that the lender would offer me the better of the two interest rates she presented. Yet came back to me the night before pick up to advise they didn’t. This practice is very questionable to me. Typically You send off an application and the lender comes back with the rate and amount and it is not variable at that stage. Never in my experience is it negotiable at the stage we were at. I appreciate that the dealership gets paid by the lenders for bringing them business , is the dealerships commission variable based on the interest rate you sign with the customer ? What really triggered my overall poor experience with arranging financing was when the overall mood and demeanour of Stella changed when I declined the additional coverage and options presented to me. It was an instant change in mood, the experience went from feeling like someone was helping me and I had someone on my side. To feeling like I was wasting her time and my business didn’t matter. Is it that she stands to gain significant compensation for selling these warranties ? And I was now wasting her time ? Is that why I didn’t get the better interest rate ? The entire experience left me questioning the sincerity and honesty of the financing program with your dealership. And for that I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
