Mark Wilson's Better Used Cars

Frustrated but satisfied. I had an overall good experience with the staff at Wilson's they were helpful, timely, and polite. I had some trouble with my financing and Dave the s I had an overall good experience with the staff at Wilson's they were helpful, timely, and polite. I had some trouble with my financing and Dave the sales associate that I had been dealing with really pulled through for me with some help from his associate Nicole. They managed to find the deal I was looking for at the last minute. I was unhappy with the process but the end result was worth the wait and I found out after the fact that the delay had been due to an unfortunate family emergency with Jeff our financing associate that we had originally worked with. Although this was frustrating the staff at Wilson's made the experience a good one and I am sympathetic to the situation. I will definitely be returning to Wilson's again in the future for my next purchase. More

Horrible place to buy a vehicle! Horrible place to buy a vehicle ! They should have come clean to tell us that our vehicle which we had made a down payment on only had one key ! Didn’t find that out till we were rushed through paper work and than taken to The parking lot to obviously drive it away ! I even asked while signing paper work where the keys were and never got an answer . If a customer is spending $30 K plus on a vehicle you would think that it would be proper etiquette to tell the customer that there is only one key regardless of what the website states ( which I never did find ). Or do the proper act of getting a second key made or pay for the second key - which you as the customer now have to deal with . These keys are $300 plus !!! NOT IMPRESSED AND I WILL BE INFORMING EVERYONE OF OUR EXPERIENCE!!! More

Quick & Efficient With so many cars on the lot it was easy for us to decide on the right vehicle. The whole atmosphere was extremely friendly and positive. They cars are affordable and if you spot some small cosmetic damage they immediately offer to fix it or take that amount off of the price of the vehicle. I was very happy with what i got and won't hesitate to go there again thank you so much for an enjoyable car shopping experience. More

After a few visits testing driving lots of cars we decided it was time to buy. Our current car was still under lease with s different company who made the switch very difficult, Mike and the team helped in every single way possible ( even if it was a hug telling me not to let them bother me). In the end I traded in my car and drove off with the most beautiful SUV feeling like I was part of of the Mark Wilsons Family. HIGHLY Recommended!! More
