Customer service I was so happy when I went to buy my car and I found Karl helped me to find the one I was looking, everything was perfect until the day I got my car, I was so happy when I went to buy my car and I found Karl helped me to find the one I was looking, everything was perfect until the day I got my car, I got the surprise my car only has onekey set, it was really disappointed, Karl told md to way for 2 weeks, and sent and email and he told me to wait longer..... still waiting and no key. Also, I was told by the employee that did the service that my extended warranty will give me free exchange tires from winter to all season, but he did not say that if I would not buy the tires with them I will have to pay.
