We wrote a great review about this dealer when I bought my car from Mark Wilson’s. Turns out my car had issues within the first month. Three visits to a repair shop for warranty work. Contacted Mark Wils my car from Mark Wilson’s. Turns out my car had issues within the first month. Three visits to a repair shop for warranty work. Contacted Mark Wilson’s to take the car back and purchase another. Guess what, they would take the car back at a dollar value less than what they sold it to us. Unbelievable!! We offered to take this car back and purchase a more expensive car from them but still the trade in would be less than what we purchased it for, even though they sold us a lemon! Their customer service is terrible. We have never had issues like this from a dealership. We were warned from others living in Guelph that it’s a “great place to test drive but don’t buy from them” our mistake for not listening. More

Worst dealer I ever dealt with, purchased a vehicle had it for less than a month and had warranty work done 3 times. Asked dealer to take vehicle back at the price I paid and I would in turn purchase a veh it for less than a month and had warranty work done 3 times. Asked dealer to take vehicle back at the price I paid and I would in turn purchase a vehicle that costs more. Dealer said they would do an appraisal on the vehicle I purchased and give me fair market value but they would not be able to give me what I paid. Terrible customer service avoid this dealership. More
