I was so surprised at the poor service I experienced. With these great reviews I expected them to be a customer orientated company! They failed to communicate critical information about my purchase, took With these great reviews I expected them to be a customer orientated company! They failed to communicate critical information about my purchase, took a day and a half to return an important phone call and chose to keep the $500 deposit I made on a car that I decided not to purchase. At a time when used car dealers are making extraordinary profits because of new car supply issues, I guess customer satisfaction is no longer a priority. I do hope my $500 is put to good use for staff development, but I sincerely doubt that will happen. So disappointing to be treated in this manner! More
