We were in the market for a used minivan. We do not live in Guelph, so Mark Wilson's was the third dealership that we visited, but it was the only dealership that actually listened to us. Jim Gray was very honest, and he gave us professional advise that helped narrow the selection. Have always purchased my vehicles from new car dealers - on trade-ins they keep the best and wholesale the rest. However, my dealer didn't have a car that met my criteria and on driving by Wilson's noticed on trade-ins they keep the best and wholesale the rest. The only issue we had was showing up at the showroom after driving for an hour, waiting for an hour and having to leave before we got service.
