Good cars, great people. Disappointed about some deatils The car was great and value was good I believe. What I was really not impressed with was the lack of attention to some details. I bought a high end The car was great and value was good I believe. What I was really not impressed with was the lack of attention to some details. I bought a high end car with some expectations, but Wilson's fell through when it came to details after the purchase. The car manual was missing, along with a battery cover for one of the headphones. The DVD player remote is also missing. One of the two keys was not programmed correctly and cannot operate the car remotely. That's a lot of problems if you expect to provide good service other than just "a good price". On the flip side, we did get brand new tires installed along with a new battery. I am grateful for this. Jamie was very courteous and made sure we were served in a timely matter. All questions were answered, all test drives were quickly arranged. I marked 3 stars for price because we ended up spending a bit more than we planned. One of the vehicles we came in to try had been sold. This was realized after going through the test drive and some paperwork. We ended up with the only other car in the model we wanted after Jaime was able to drop the price drown from the list price. I thought it was reasonable. All in all a good experience. I have only had the car for 2 days so we will see how the quality pans out but so far its great. More

Absolutely pathetic. Mark Wilsons Used Cars tries to sell vehicles that have been in bad accidents at market value or more. We chose to not buy a 4 year old Honda Pilot that we placed a deposit on because when we came to get it 11 days later it had been hit on the front bumper (minor scratches but still obvious) and their end of the contract in terms of servicing had not been met. (oil change, minor rust spot touch up and interior bulb change) 11 days to do that? The rust spot was not touched up AT ALL. The SUV barely started for some reason, it was making very unnatural whining and grinding noises. It also had 130km MORE then when we placed the deposit on it. 30-40km I understand but 130??? The manager had no answer except this, " Well stick around for another hr or 2 and we can take a look at that rust spot because unfortunately you cant get your deposit back." I think his name was Miguel? He was some hotheaded 30yr old with fake Breitling watch that screamed obnoxious. We ask "Well what were you guys doing for the last 11 days? Oh yea that's right, taking it out for a joy ride. That would explain the 130km!" In the end we walked out on the deal and lost the $500 deposit (wouldnt even give us half) but probably worth it bc this SUV had a 7000 dollar claim on it and we were about to pay market value on it. More
