They Actually Care. I had been researching vehicles for a long time, as it was time to replace an older vehicle. I had been visiting dealerships regularly to test drive and look. More than often I was extremely annoyed by the shear arrogance and "pushy"-ness of most "brand" dealers. When I visited Wilson's, I test drove the car I ended up buying and never once felt pressured, forced, or uncomfortable. When I decided I wanted to purchase the vehicle, the sales associate waited late so I could drive 45 to come finalize the deal. I was very appreciative of the whole process. When I experienced my first issue, through my own fault, no one cared enough to truly help me and go the extra mile except for Wilson's. CAA did nothing for me. Wilson's sorted everything out and they took care of my car like it was a car that belonged to them. I never experienced such great customer service, EVER. I already have recommended Wilson's and will continue to do so. The run their business the right way. They care. More

We worked with Rod Sider who I would strongly recommend as he was very accommodating and expedited the process so that we were able to pick up our car within a couple of days. I dealt with Alexa and Sarah in the finance department mainly by phone and e-mail and was approved for a loan within minutes! Ramsey was incredibly friendly, enthusiastic, polite and knowledgeable. He even offered to stay late that evening so that I could bring my husband back to see the vehicle I had chosen. He took the time to walk me through the special features of my vehicle and answered every question I had. He was great with follow up and keeping me updated as we arranged financing, and he was excellent in explaining the steps along the way. He routinely kept in touch with me and was incredibly patient throughout the whole process, and even messaged me after I picked up the car to see how everything is going. This is the first car I have purchased in over ten years and I was thoroughly pleased with the whole experience and absolutely love the car I purchased. I would heartily recommend Ramsey's services.
